Thank you for some really great music performed by three great musicians and gentlemen. Your sounds made this the best 4th of July party we ever had. Perfect volume. The music was always in one's ears and heart while at a level that made conversation easy. Perfect tone - this was professional stuff - period. Mr. Phil, Mr. Joe, and you were a pleasure to have at our home and a pleasure to listen to.

These guys rock!!!!! Prompt, polite, very professional. JR, John, and Phil are great to work with. Music was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone for any event.

My daughter played in her high school steel drum band for 4 years (they were a nationally recognized h.s. steel band) and absolutely loved it. I chaperoned many trips and that's where my love of steel came into play.

I booked JR (Socalypsoreggaerock!), I love that name, for the inaugural cruise event of the Carnival Pride cruise ship sailing out of Baltimore, MD. This was a huge event - the guest list for the event itself was 400 (including the Governor of Maryland and many political leaders) plus being the inaugural cruise, all those sailing that day were at the cruise terminal as well.

JR and his band were absolutely fabulous!!! They were very easy to work with trying to get things scheduled, the music was both vocal and instrumental. The guys were very friendly and professional - and I have to stress that because being a "port" there are many Homeland Security regulations that must be followed just to get onto the terminal including security screenings, etc. These guys took everything in stride.

I would definitely hire them again and hope to this Fall when Celebrity Cruises brings the "Mercury" to Baltimore for their inaugural sail from our port.

FYI, I have used other steel bands in the past, before I knew about JR - there's no comparison!
